"and the stock info was a bit off"
and I ordered a knife that showed as in stock, but then I got an email saying it was actually backordered. They refunded me quickly, which I appreciated, but the inventory on the site could definitely be more accurate.

"Order was mostly fine, but one item wasn’t what I chose"
My order from chicagoknifeworks was mostly right, but one of the small items I received wasn’t the one I picked. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it did make me feel a little misled since I expected to get exactly what I ordered. Shipping was okay and everything else was fine, so I’d probably order from them again. I just hope they double-check orders a bit better next time.

"Took longer than it should have"
They did eventually get back to me and the issue was sorted, but the wait was frustrating. I was expecting better communication, and having to sit around wondering what was going on left a bad impression. It got resolved in the end, but the slow response definitely stood out more than the fix.

"Pretty legit knife, shipping was fine-ish"
The knife seems like the real deal and came in what looked like the proper brand packaging. Shipping took a little longer than I was expecting, maybe just a bit slow, but nothing too bad. Overall it seemed authentic to me and I’d probably order again.

"Decent site, but stock was hit or miss"
The site itself was okay and easy enough to browse, but a lot of the brands I usually buy were either missing or out of stock. I was trying to place an order after dinner while half-watching TV, so maybe I was already a little impatient, but it got kind of frustrating after searching around for a while and not finding what I needed.

"Kind of Regret Buying It"
The blade itself is fine and works like it should, but the handle came with a few small scratches on it. It’s not a huge deal, but for something new, I expected it to look better. i’m feeling a little buyer’s remorse and wish I had checked out a few other options first.

I wasn’t totally sure at first, but I ended up getting a decent deal on a pocket knife using one of their promo codes. The price was lower than most other places I had checked, which was nice. Shipping wasn’t exactly fast, but for the discount, I can’t complain too much. I’d probably use them again if there’s another sale.

I ordered from chicagoknifeworks and, to be fair, the package did show up and everything was in good shape. So I can’t really complain too much there. But the shipping took longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated for a few days, which made me wonder if it was just stuck somewhere. Maybe I’m being a little impatient, but I feel like better tracking would’ve made the whole thing less stressful. I’d probably order again, just not if I needed something quickly. Has anyone else had shipping be kind of hit or miss with them?

"Return process was frustrating"
The knife itself was okay, but trying to return it was a hassle. It took way too long to get a response, and when I did, the instructions weren’t very clear. I had to follow up more than once, and it kind of felt like nobody was actually reading my messages. Not a great return experience overall.

"Wish I’d Ordered the Right Size the First Time"
I ended up having to exchange a knife because I totally ordered the wrong size, which was on me. I definitely wish I’d double-checked before placing the order, since I had to cover return shipping and that was a bit of a bummer. That said, the exchange process was straightforward, support got back to me in a reasonable amount of time, and the replacement showed up just fine. I’d still order from them again
